My family uses Woodstock Flowers often, and refers others. Beautiful arrangements. However, the ordering system and customer service are lacking. My college age daughter ordered flowers for me online. Store delivered two of the same bouquet at the same time, same note, same everything and charged her twice. These aren’t cheap. No one took the time to reach out about a duplicate order. They just charged her. Wildly obvious it was an accidental duplicate hit twice or system error. When she called, they said too bad. Not cool.

For various reasons, we do have Customers with multiple similar orders which is identified by unique order number.
The order was received on Fri 5PM with different order number 22183137-W and 22183138-W.
We have already processed the order when your daughter called asking to cancel one of them if we have not process the flower yet.
Since it is ready, she told us it is okay to proceed with delivery.
Again, please accept our apology for the inconvenience caused. We will issue the refund for $39. Will let you know when the refund is complete.

I should have called Woodstock Flowers and Gifts first. I ordered a special bouquet through another store originally, long story but NAH! Today I called Woodstock Flowers and Gifts and it goes without saying both my girlfriend and I are very happy with the result and timeliness of the delivery. They’re a cut above. I give them 5 stars!
